About Charmed Life Farm

Hey there — we’re so glad you found us!

Our little farm started out with one simple goal: to feed our family the best food we could. Next thing we knew, we had a huge flock of chickens and ducks, a yard being transformed into a food forest, a kitchen that always smelled like fresh bread, and way more eggs  than we could ever eat.

So we decided to share.

Now, our farm is a cozy family operation where we raise animals the way nature intended — out on grass pasture, soaking up the sunshine, munching on organic, soy-free feed. We grow food that actually tastes like food and nourishes our bodies. We pour a whole lot of love into everything we do.  

Nothing goes to waste and nothing is taken for granted.  Our fruit trees and vegetable gardens are as productive as they are because of the power of poop - all of our animal waste is composted and used on property.   We use our mobile chicken tractors to fertilize the grass that our horses and Kune Kune pigs graze on.  No chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides are ever used on our property and have not been since we purchased in 2017.

Because our farm is also our home (literally — it’s where our kids ride their pony, where we drink coffee outside with the farm cat, and where we harvest our  veggies for dinner), we keep things simple:
